Stop the Spread of Infection – It’s on our Hands

In 1985, as a result of the human immunodeficiency virus (HIV) epidemic, major changes were implemented into the healthcare environment. Universal Precautions were first introduced and later a two-tier system of precautions was implemented to protect both the patients and the workers. Fundamentally, the most important principle in Standard Precautions is hand hygiene. It is proven to be the most important protective measure to prevent the spread of infection. Shanan will discuss additional measures of infection control which include personal protection equipment, decontamination methods, and exposure control plan. The goal of this presentation is to introduce understanding and provide SPCP resources to prevent infections in the ever-changing world of mutating bacteria that are becoming increasingly resistant.

Marketing Pillars Everyone Should Implement to Create Sustainability
The purpose of this presentation is to help you maintain a thriving business in the 21st century. We are in a precarious environment with seemingly limited resources, clientele, and scalability. The pillars of marketing are not solely dependent on ad gurus, ad spend, or beautiful branding. A true testament to growth relies primarily on your ability to persevere despite setbacks, dwindling budgets, and unknown external circumstances. COVID19 has shaken up many industries, but if you are aware of your pillars, and attach everything to a quantifiable result you will not fall behind the curve. The only difference between a successful business, and a dying business is the owner’s ability to forecast income projections, changes to service items as your target market evolves, and drastically reduce your debt to income ratio. Personal debt can create a negative correlation to your businesses working capital, therefore this should be your number one concern if you plan to invest in expansion, upgrades, or new training. The only way to stay ahead of the curve is to mimic large corporations that have long since figured out how to stay ahead of competitors by strategically planning every step necessary for growth over the next five years. Short and long term goals, in conjunction with an explicit strategy will ensure your doors remain open. Now is the time to be productive and break down your business principles, while also figuring out the business models you choose to emulate. Your net worth is directly connected to your network, therefore you should always try to find the silver lining among your closest colleagues by initiating balance, brainstorming, and unyielding support. The presentation we will review will explain the pillars needed to meet these common goals.

She has expanded her service locations to three states including California and maintains a near zero debt to income ratio. Benaiah currently specializes, and trains in hyper realistic Scalp Micropigmentation, but also offers Microblade/Ombre services, post-surgical care, and surgical scar revisions. Benaiah strives to give clear business practices needed to survive and grow. Students are provided with lead generation tactics, sales scripts, and proper debt consolidation programs to release income for working capital if needed. Training at Scalp Prodigy is always evolving, and therefore prides itself on unorthodox methodologies regarding how to reduce business debt, and funding sources for expansion. We are centered in the belief that businesses can only thrive when core pillars sustain the immense pressure of your business as you grow. At Scalp Prodigy business acumen has become the foundation for explosive growth incurred over the past 4.5 years. Benaiah intends to share her ideas, marketing, and closing behavior with colleagues willing to step outside of their comfort zone and try something new.
